Vintage Exchange is designed to be more than a development—it’s a living experience. The project seamlessly blends historic charm with contemporary style through four key elements: luxury residential lofts, a culinary food hall, curated retail spaces, and educational and workforce development facilities. The upper floors of the Silvers and Churchwell’s buildings will house The Luxe at Churchwell’s, 16 uniquely designed lofts that blend modern luxury with original architectural features, including exposed brick, high ceilings, and curated local artwork. At the heart of Vintage Exchange is Urban Eats, a 3,000-square-foot food hall featuring 6–8 curated vendor spaces. Complementing this vibrant dining experience is the Albany Technical College Culinary Arts Center, providing hands-on training for students in culinary arts and hospitality programs, while offering continuing education and workforce development for industry professionals.
